Friday 02.27
Arrival Day

Check-in time starts at 3:30pm. Feel free to arrive anytime after check-in time.

Dinner

Kickin’ things off with dinner at the Goodnight Steakhouse, in the town of Albany, a laid-back Texas spot serving up burgers, steaks, and all the good stuff.  Both adults and teens are invited. Time ~7pm (TBC).

Evening Fun

After we eat, we’ll head back to the ranch and adults will enjoy cocktails, maybe some 2-step dancing, or just sittin’, drinkin’, and chillin’ like proper Texans. 

Boots optional. Good times mandatory. 

Teens will hangout at the headquarters and play games (billiards, cards, shuffleboard).

Saturday 02.28
Breakfast: 

9:30–11:00am at Fort Richardson. Fuel up. Big day ahead.

Activities
An all-day buffet of ranch fun: fishing, biking, kayaking, shooting, swimming, and a Texas-style Sunset Wildlife Tour.
Quick heads-up: the lake is cold. Like “question your life choices” cold 🥶
Bring your rods, bait, kayak, and bikes if you’ve got them. Don’t? No problem. We’ve got some.

Dinner
At the Cook Shack (time TBC).
After dinner, we’ll wind things down Texas-style with poker, a campfire-stargazing, or both depending on how the night’s feeling.

Sunday 03.01
Morning brunch:

10am-11:30am. Then hugs goodbye, and head out whenever you’re ready. 

Check out time is 2:00pm

​

Important Information:

• Lodging & meals for Saturday (all day) and Sunday morning are covered.

• No need to bring bedding, towels or pillows, rooms are fully furnished. 

• Feel free to bring snacks and your favorite spirit or drink to share. 

• We kindly ask that you RSVP by 2/01.

• Please leave your furry babies at home. We love dogs, but only family dogs are allowed, otherwise it gets pretty chaotic for everyone.

• Because this is a working ranch, we are all required to sign safety waivers upon arrival. 

• Weather in Albany, Texas in February hangs out around the 40s at night to the high 60s during the day. Bring warm, comfy clothes, and boots if you’ve got ’em. Get ready to hang out, soak in that Texas scenery, and relax... naps are absolutely encouraged. 🤠       

• Note: If you’ve got a telescope and decide to bring it, you’ll be Tonie’s favorite cowboy or cowgirl all weekend.
