His, Hers, and Cheers

Recently, while planning an engagement party for one of our couples, they shared that they actually met at a cocktail party. Naturally, signature drinks had to be part of every celebration. From that little detail, a theme was born, and honestly, we’re still obsessed with it: “His, Hers, and Cheers.”

We loved it because it was playful and intentional, giving guests an instant peek into the couple’s personality before wedding planning even kicked into high gear. Because it was such a big hit, we continue to create special signature drinks for our events.
A drink to remember:
“His” was bold and confident, a Dark Stormy. If you are looking for a drink for him, think smoky old-fashioned, spicy margaritas, or a classic whiskey sour with a modern edge. Strong flavors, clean presentation, zero fuss.
“Hers” leaned into a fresh, bubbly vibe, a Negroni Sbagliato, added just the right amount of sparkle and elegance to celebrate the “yes” that started it all. If you are looking to serve a fun drink for her, some good options can be a Peach Bellini, Sangria, Berry Spritz, or Espresso Martini.
And then there was “Cheers”, the crowd favorite. We served a light and refreshing Blueberry Mojito for cocktail lovers and a Blueberry Spritz mocktail for guests skipping alcohol. Offering both ensured everyone felt included and equally celebrated. Other great light options? Cucumber-mint refreshers, citrus spritzes, or a zero-proof berry-basil soda to keep the energy high and the vibes flowing.
Beyond being fun, this trio simplified bar service, sparked conversation, and doubled as an easy photo moment. With custom signage and thoughtful names, the bar became part of the décor, not just a pit stop between hugs and selfies.
With “His, Hers, and Cheers”, it was more than just an open bar. We weren’t just serving drinks. We were serving connection and the first of many shared celebrations.
Here’s to love, laughter, and great pours.
